FRIB boats, which means Folding RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat), are unique in their design, manufacturing technology and use.

RIB differs from a conventional inflatable, with a soft rubber bottom, as it has durable body (made of plastic or aluminium). This gives the shipowner excellent sailing performance, reliability, comfort, and safety on the water.

FRIB folding RIBs - unique in their design - give the shipowner the opportunity to store them compactly (on a yacht, in a garage or apartment) and transport them in the trunk of a car, without a special trailer required for classic RIBS.

There are offers on the world market for the supply of sailing kits for inflatable boats. As a rule, this is bulky equipment that takes up a lot of space in the boat and requires special knowledge and time. The daggerboards are installed along the sides.

FRIB sailboats are designed specifically for sailing. The hull of the boat differs from conventional models – it has other contours, a well for the mast, a lifting daggerboard (keel) and a rudder. A sail with an area of 5-6 m2 for windsurfing, without standing rigging, which even a novice sailing enthusiast can navigate.  At the same time, the sailing FRIB gives excellent stability (actually, like a catamaran) due to inflatable balloons!

Uniqueness in simplicity.

The opportunity to obtain a reliable design of the folding RIB was given by a unique method of manufacturing body structural elements, patented at the international level.

The manufacturer has developed several fundamentally new solutions to these difficult tasks, which is confirmed by the relevant patents.

A method of folding the plastic body of the classic RIB has been developed. This made it possible to produce a whole line of RIB folding boats ranging in size from 2.75 to 4.6 meters with completely different applications (motor, rowing, sailing).

All boats are hand-made, manufactured in St. Petersburg from high-strength fiberglass.
